Distance Sale Agreement

ARTICLE 2 — SUBJECT The subject of this agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the BUYER through the SELLER's online store, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. ARTICLE 3 — PRODUCT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION The type, quantity, sale price, payment method and delivery details of the product are as indicated in the order summary. Prices include VAT. ARTICLE 4 — DELIVERY The product is delivered by courier to the address specified by the BUYER, provided that the legal period of 30 days is not exceeded. Products are usually handed over to the courier within 1-3 business days. ARTICLE 5 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product without giving any reason. The withdrawal notice shall be sent to info@ixirbilisim.com. ARTICLE 6 — PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products listed in Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts. ARTICLE 7 — DISPUTES Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes. The BUYER declares that by placing the order, he/she has read and accepted all terms of this agreement.
